The 36,000 sq. ft. building that now houses the eBridge Center has a rich history that mirrors the hardworking spirit of Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley.
Originally known as La Casa del Nylon, this structure was a flouring hub for commerce and industry, serving the community for decades. Built in 1967, it was a cornerstone for business activities, reflecting the industrious nature of the people who walked its halls.
Fast forward to today, and the building has been transformed into the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization, the largest startup incubator and entrepreneurial resource center of its kind in the Rio Grande Valley.
